Grade 7 Teacher,
Suffern, NY
“Molly, your structures and insights truly help us to channel our creativity into productive, achievable tasks for our students. I truly feel like the reconfiguration of our current unit has reinvigorated ourselves, as well as our students, and made this unit come to life. It's never easy to evolve professionally, but working with Molly makes the process manageable and enjoyable."

”Dr. Ness delivered one of the best, effective and comprehensive professional developments on reading strategies the district has ever had. The participants were able to immediately use the strategies they learned to enhance student learning in their classrooms. I would highly recommend Dr. Ness to for your next professional development and/or coaching needs.”
